About the Role You are the right fit for this role if you can help our clients coordinate projects, manage operational tasks, and ensure smooth, efficient workflows. This is a 100 % remote, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST) Key Responsibilities Coordinate client onboarding and service fulfillment. Track project tasks and ensure on-time completion. Communicate with vendors and internal teams. Manage inventory audits, service requests, and performance dashboards. Support the operation’s logistics and communication. Other similar or relatedtasks. Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. 1 – 5 years of experience in operations or project assistance. Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar is a plus. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. You’ll thrive here if these values resonate with you. What We Offer Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044/month (experience-based). Annual pay increments. Discretionary client bonuses (80 % of clients award year-end bonuses). 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days. Monthly medical insurance stipend (after induction).
