Esta propuesta te puede interesar El rol de Product Manager, Legal Technology Solutions es una posición estratégica dentro del departamento de Soluciones Tecnológicas para la Práctica del Derecho. Será el propietario y responsable de gestionar una cartera de soluciones tecnológicas clave que sustentan las operaciones diarias de los abogados de la Firma. Responsabilidades Clave Mantener la hoja de ruta y asegurar la estandarización y racionalización de todas las soluciones del portafolio, garantizando que satisfagan las necesidades empresariales cambiantes a lo largo de su ciclo de vida. Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores y comprender el Costo Total de Propiedad (TCO) para la planificación presupuestaria. Asegurar la implementación y el mantenimiento de la gobernanza, cumplimiento y continuidad del negocio (siguiendo las políticas ISMS). Traducir los objetivos de negocio en diseño técnico/arquitectura. Liderar la coordinación técnica de proyectos y actividades operativas, reportando el estado de forma clara y concisa. Coordinar y/o proporcionar soporte de tercer nivel para los productos. Colaborar intensamente con equipos de IT (Seguridad, Despliegue, Change Management, Testing y Formación) para la certificación, implementación, pruebas y transición exitosa de las aplicaciones a producción. Desarrollar planes de soporte y proporcionar la formación necesaria al Servicio de Atención y a los equipos in situ. Requisitos Experiencia en un entorno profesional y participación en implementaciones y mejoras exitosas de productos. Fuerte comprensión de las metodologías de gestión de productos y conocimiento experto del paquete M365. Interés en tendencias tecnológicas relevantes. Liderazgo y comunicación demostrados, con capacidad para generar confianza y respeto en todos los niveles, y excelente comunicación escrita y oral en inglés (EXCLUYENTE).
