The PM will directly interact with clients, develop budgets and large‑scale project plans. This position is 100% remote and operates on an EST schedule. what we need you to do Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Review client requests and assess needs for additional information, such as glossaries, previously translated similar documents, acronym lists, technical terminology, and translation memories. Develop efficient workflows and oversee the use and maintenance of tools such as translation memories, style guides, and glossaries. Prepare files and analyze using translation memory software, develop cost estimates, and project schedules. Negotiate budgets and schedules with vendors and supervise translation project progress. Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date management reports and translation database. Exercise sound judgment to keep supervisors informed of potential difficulties. what we want you to have Minimum five years of experience in the translation industry with proficiency in translation tools. Understanding of various life sciences project types and materials, such as Clinical documentation (Protocol, IBs, SAEs, CTAs, etc.), regulatory and label materials (including QRD), linguistic validation/COAs, and patient recruitment materials (ICFs, flyers, manuals, marketing). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to professional customer service and a positive team‑player attitude. Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Energetic self‑starter with initiative and a creative approach to problem solving.
