What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in both Software Service Model and Software Product Development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in software development. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Essential Functional Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Execute project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Monitor and mitigate project risks, and implement effective risk management strategies. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives. Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and tasks. Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, promoting a positive and productive work culture. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance Budget and Resource Management : Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Optimize resource allocation, balancing workloads and skill sets to maximize team efficiency. Required Background & Skills : Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience : Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in both Software Service Model and Software Product Development, with a minimum of 5 years in each domain. Demonstrated success in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to closure. Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and related technologies commonly used in Java-based software development. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring and developing team members. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
