Nuestro equipo de producto busca un Project Manager dedicado/a y orientado/a a los detalles. Vas a tener un rol esencial en la ejecución de nuestros productos y procesos, tanto de manera interna como de cara al cliente.Buscamos candidatos/as proactivos/as, team players con muy buenas habilidades organizacionales.Si te apasiona la tecnología, y estas siempre buscando nuevas formas de aprender y mejorar, te estamos buscando Responsabilidades Seguimiento y control de gestión de proyectos, utilizando metodologías ágiles. Liderar y gestionar un equipo de trabajo de forma diaria (setear prioridades, mitigar riesgos de forma temprana, acompañar el desarrollo de cada integrante del equipo). Facilitar la comunicación con equipos internos de forma dinámica y transparente. Planificar de forma eficiente entregables semanales de cada proyecto involucrando al equipo pertinente. Identificar y gestionar los posibles riesgos de un proyecto para garantizar el tiempo de entrega establecido. Establecer un plan de comunicación con los principales stakeholders del cliente, determinando los medios, periodicidad, información a compartir, y objetivos de cada comunicación. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y del equipo durante todo el proyecto. Brindar un delivery continuo al cliente, mostrar resultados, garantizar, verificar el correcto funcionamiento del proyecto. Implementar Mejoras constantes en los procesos. Proactivamente Implementar herramientas que se utilizan en la industria. Establecer y ejecutar soluciones tecnológicas vinculadas a los lanzamientos de nuevos productos y servicios. Métricas y Requisitos Tener al menos 2 años de experiencia en el rol. Experiencia en manejo de proyectos de tecnología . Skills para resolver problemáticas complejas con alto nivel al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de escritura y comunicación. Habilidad de trabajar de forma colaborativa y cross-teams . Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización . Experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión de proyectos . Jira / Notion Capacidad de comunicarse en inglés intermedio.
