About the Role As Senior Graphic Designer , you’ll own creative execution and visual direction for Alix’s marketing and digital ecosystem — including web, social, and campaign assets. You’ll lead end‑to‑end design for web and mobile experiences, develop visual systems and component libraries, and collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to bring the Alix brand to life through digital storytelling. This is a hands‑on senior role for a designer with a passion for Web Design, Webflow , and UX/UI principles . Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of Alix’s web and digital assets across all marketing channels. Design responsive web and mobile experiences with a strong focus on layout, flow, and user interaction. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and reusable templates to ensure cross‑channel consistency. Build and manage Webflow pages and visual assets for ongoing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and performance teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns. Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives through data‑driven design decisions. Mentor and guide junior design resources when needed, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards. Maintain and evolve the Alix visual identity across web, social, and video materials. Contribute to continuous process improvement — optimizing creative workflows and asset delivery. Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in digital and web design, ideally in an agency or fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects — showcasing layout, hierarchy, and UX/UI sensibility. Experience implementing and managing responsive web design principles. Familiarity with UX best practices and data‑driven creative optimization. Solid understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling for digital platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Fluent or bilingual level of English (spoken and written) — required.
