Description The Territory Manager is responsible for: Managing and overseeing accounts within the assigned territory in Sydney Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Represent the company at industry events and meetings as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Profile A successful Territory Manager should have: Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies. A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver's licence and ability to travel around Sydney with occasional regional travel. While not a requirement for the role, proficiency in an additional language will be viewed as an advantage.
