Overview Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote Quantity Surveyor with expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), furniture manufacturing, and commercial experience to join our dynamic team. This remote role focuses on managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the lifecycle of various commercial projects. Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for FF&E projects Assess and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential cost savings Collaborate with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure accurate specifications and quotes Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Provide advice on procurement strategies and risk management Assist in maintaining project documentation and reporting Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in FF&E and furniture manufacturing Strong knowledge of commercial project requirements and procurement processes Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Benefits Work From Home or anywhere Highly Competitive Compensation Work for the most exciting companies in the US Flexible Schedule Healthy Work-Life Balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
