Location: Remote Experience Level: Senior Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (as applicable) Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect – Cloud Deployment to drive enterprise Azure cloud adoption and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep Azure technical expertise, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to lead complex cloud migration and governance programs while aligning technology outcomes with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and support enterprise-scale Azure cloud deployments and migrations , including workload planning, execution, and optimization. Drive cloud governance, operations, and consumption planning aligned with business and financial objectives. Engage with customers and stakeholders to conduct technical workshops , architecture reviews, and solution design sessions. Collaborate with SMEs to manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across large cloud transformation programs. Analyze telemetry, health reports, and assessments to provide data-driven recommendations and remediation strategies. Apply FinOps principles to optimize Azure costs and improve financial accountability. Document findings and recommendations clearly to support Customer Success teams in delivering measurable outcomes. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical and executive stakeholders . Identify systemic issues across customer operating models and recommend scalable, long-term solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in enterprise cloud operations and governance , cloud migrations, and customer-facing technical roles. Hands-on 300-level Azure expertise in solution architecture, administration, operations, and governance. Strong understanding of Azure cost management and FinOps fundamentals . Experience leading or contributing to large-scale cloud transformation programs . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience running remote stakeholder workshops via Microsoft Teams . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Systems-thinking approach with the ability to identify and resolve cross-functional and operational challenges. Preferred Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Service Management, or Governance . Advanced Azure expertise in cloud resiliency, Microsoft security technologies, and mission-critical workloads . Familiarity with Microsoft Customer Success models, tools, and ecosystem . Experience in program or project management . ITIL knowledge or certification. Experience using standardized BoMs and assessment deliverables for consistent customer recommendations.
