Summary : As a Media Account Manager your primary objective is to meet or exceed Teremarkets Media team revenue goals through a research based, source negotiation and pilot driven approach. The Online Media Manager is responsible for the full engagement funnel starting from source research, negotiation, pilot, and moving sources into operational mode. Managing the media pipeline and works with potential media and traffic sources to identify digital sources, build a solid pipeline and potential sources to integrate them into a media operation. Responsible for managing traffic source accounts and relationship (A‑Z) including performance, optimization and ROI. The Online Media Manager is also responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the up‑to‑date pipeline management tool and reporting dashboards and budget table. Responsible for the monthly media budget management, KPIs and ROI driven by an analytical approach and extremely organized working methods and methodologies. Responsibilities Managing the media and traffic sources research, pipeline, pilots and strategy. Keeping dashboards, reporting and JS&H file up to date. Hunting, negotiating, and purchasing media space and new traffic sources. Establishing and maintaining business relationships with publishers. Independently identifying, building relationships with and closing media source agreements with independent traffic sources around the world. Proactively engaging negotiation of new media opportunities. Acquiring new partners — establishing, maintaining, and leveraging positive business links within them at all levels. Constantly seeking new advertising opportunities. Initiating special deals and new promotional methods. Initiating projects involving all groups/departments/divisions to improve performance and processes. Ongoing management of campaigns including analysis of effectiveness, reaching decisions and performing optimization. Benefits Competitive Salary (USD 500–800). Attractive Bonus program.
