Our investment approach places a strong emphasis on alternative investments, including commercial real estate, private equity, and non-correlated strategies, with the goal of creating durable value for high-net-worth clients. About the Role We are seeking an experienced investment advisor with a deep understanding of alternative investments and portfolio construction. This is ideal for a forward-thinking financial professional who aligns with a non-traditional approach to wealth management and has a proven ability to grow and manage high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships. The position is designed for an advisor capable of bringing a minimum of $50M in Assets Under Management (AUM). The successful candidate will have access to competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities, including the potential to step into a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) role within a dedicated division. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Source, onboard, and manage HNW and ultra-HNW clients, contributing at least $50M+ in AUM Deliver customized wealth management solutions aligned with alternative and non-traditional investment strategies Maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities Investment Strategy & Execution Construct and manage portfolios using all-weather, diversified investment strategies beyond traditional stocks and bonds Oversee trade execution and portfolio rebalancing based on market conditions and client objectives Apply disciplined risk management and portfolio optimization techniques Required Qualifications CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation Demonstrated track record of managing and growing client assets ($50M+ AUM) Minimum of 5 years of experience in client coverage and relationship management Experience executing trades across multiple asset classes Strong understanding of equity and debt markets, derivatives, and real estate investments Ability to challenge conventional wealth management frameworks and adapt to non-traditional strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience with fundamental and quantitative investment analysis Knowledge of hedge funds and alternative investment vehicles Strong financial modeling and macroeconomic research skills This Role Is Not a Fit For Traditional wealth managers who rely solely on stock-and-bond portfolios Professionals entrenched in a "60/40 portfolio" mindset Individuals unwilling to challenge conventional investment thinking Advisors unable to bring client assets to the firm What We Offer Competitive, performance-driven compensation Clear growth path, including potential advancement to a CIO role High-impact work within a firm that challenges traditional wealth management norms Collaborative culture focused on innovation and long-term value creation Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $200,00 - $300,00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial #J-18808-Ljbffr
