Their mission is to support life sciences organizations with secure, scalable platforms, and they are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team on a contract basis to enhance our platform\'s reliability and performance. Role and Responsibilities Build, maintain, and support all environments hosting the company\'s cutting edge Platform Monitor environments for issues, configuring and building alerting/self-healing mechanisms to address problems proactively Update and maintain documentation and architectural diagrams to ensure clarity and accuracy Work collaboratively with developers and testers to troubleshoot application and platform issues Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies to drive continuous improvement Job Requirements Proficiency in Kubernetes and Service Mesh management for container orchestration and networking Experience with Windows and Linux administration to manage diverse operating environments Familiarity with cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) for scalable infrastructure solutions Basic administration skills in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalents Scripting expertise in PowerShell and Bash for automation and system management Knowledge of configuration management tools including Jenkins, Helm, and Ansible Experience managing .NET applications to support platform stability Ability to be creative as well as analytical, organized, and detail-oriented when problem-solving Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders Demonstrated leadership, project management, and people skills to guide initiatives and teams Natural curiosity and self-motivation to learn and stay current with technical skills High energy level combined with good organization and multi-tasking skills to manage short, medium, and long-term objectives #J-18808-Ljbffr
