Overview Technology Cyber Resilience Specialist - AR at Veritran. The Cyber Resilience function is a multidisciplinary team managing information security, business continuity, fraud management and organizational resilience. The role supports internal IT and Client Delivery IT organizations to ensure that cyber resilience controls are well managed across environments, protecting sensitive data processed through the Veritran Low-Code Platform. Veritran serves clients with critical business processes, and Cyber Resilience is essential to continuously deliver services despite adverse cyber events. Responsibilities and Activities Maintain the Cyber Resilience Architecture with oversight and control on layered protection, detection, and response orchestration; map and maintain the Veritran control framework to applicable technology security controls, including cloud architectures. Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete Cyber Resilience activities in projects and major initiatives. Provide oversight, guidance, and management of compliance on technical operational IT Security and Continuity activities, including security tooling configuration management with support from Technology Teams or Third Parties. Collaborate with client security and compliance teams on related topics. Support delivering content for Client Professional Services, such as the Cyber Resilience Client Assurance Report. Develop, recommend, evaluate, integrate, and maintain security tools; manage delegation of activities. Support threat intelligence activities and research new technologies (including AI and Machine Learning) and support enhancements/mitigation actions. Define operational processes with IT, Product and Client Delivery Teams to ensure predictable Cyber Resilience guidance; refine Information Security processes and procedures. Support Cyber Resilience Monitoring and Alerting management; monitor/report on technical cyber resilience related KPI/KRI. Support Vulnerability and Change Management processes. Support Cyber Resilience incident management and investigations with knowledge of networks, OS, IDS, event logs and event correlation. Support client reviews and audits; assist Risk and Compliance teams on technology topics. Participate in Threat Modelling and propose refinements to Information Security architecture as new threats or incidents are identified. Contribute to maintenance of certifications (ISO27001, CSA STAR Level 2, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type II, ISO22301) and information security awareness activities. Programming/scripting knowledge is a plus (e.g., Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Bash). Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of provable experience in Cyber Security and Business Continuity technology functions (Engineering/Administration/Architecture, etc.). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments; hands-on experience with leadership and management capabilities. Passion for cyber innovation and implementing enhancements. Strong relationship and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Cloud Architectures and Cloud Cyber Resilience Management. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, COBIT, CSA Framework, PCI DSS, EU GDPR, SOC 1/2. #J-18808-Ljbffr
