We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales, have a strong ability to build relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue, all while enjoying the flexibility of working on commission-based earnings. Emirati National only. Role Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and later existing clients Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers effectively Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress (Vision) Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications & Skills: Proven success and experience in sales or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools as well as general comp skills Experience in (Industry-Specific Experience, if applicable) is preferred but not required.
