Summary The Webflow Developer plays a vital role in owning our marketing web presence end-to-end—building fast, beautiful, and high-converting landing pages while also setting up the analytics and tracking foundation to measure and optimize performance. This role blends design implementation with front-end development, marketing growth, and analytics know-how. You'll partner with design, product, and marketing teams to launch new campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates. Reports To: Engineering Manager. Job Duties And Responsibilities Build and maintain Webflow websites, landing pages, and microsites with a strong emphasis on speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices Translate Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations Implement custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced interactivity beyond native Webflow capabilities Collaborate with marketing to create and optimize landing pages that drive signups and conversions Configure and manage Google Tag Manager to track key events, funnels, and user behavior Partner with TechOps to integrate key business tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Chili Piper, etc.) Monitor and improve page performance, SEO rankings, and accessibility Work with marketing to set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for conversion lift Stay current on Webflow updates, web performance trends, and growth-focused marketing tactics Requirements And Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Proven experience building responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow Demonstrated ability to implement custom code inside Webflow for animations, integrations, or analytics Experience with Google Tag Manager, including event/funnel setup and debugging Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and A/B testing tools Experience running or collaborating on Google Ads campaigns aimed at conversion optimization Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization Marketing mindset: understands how design, copy, and data tie together to drive growth English proficiency is a must. Must be based in Buenos Aires. Availability to work full-time from Mon to Fri from 9 to 6 local time, and onsite from our office in CABA Tuesdays and Thursdays. Nice to Have Experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) Knowledge of other ad platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and integrating forms/leads Experience with Webflow CMS and automation using Zapier/Make Basic design sense—ability to tweak layouts, typography, and imagery without full reliance on a designer Interview Accommodations SQUIRE is committed to working with and providing reasonable assistance to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
