Issuing and Banking Integrations Specialist Astropay We are looking for a Issuing and Banking Integrations Specialist to join our team Since its inception in 2009, AstroPay has grown from a prepaid voucher provider in Brazil to become the online payment solution of choice for a rapidly growing global community of millions of passionate users in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe. Responsibilities Participate on Issuing and banking integration operational strategy Automate processes to gurantee issuing and product operations Define and create KPIs for monitoring product & business performance and propose improvements Collaborate with partnerships with Schemes, and local networks Manage relationship between the department and the internal teams: Legal, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Marketing and Operations Teams Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills (MUST) Strong customer orientation (MUST) Background working in/with fintechs (PLUS) Good verbal and written communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. (MUST) Determined - not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly (MUST) Can-do attitude - happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company culture (MUST) Excellent english level (MUST) Benefits Flexible hours: We are results-oriented.
