You will be responsible for: Manage real estate transactions from contract to close. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies. Track all deal milestones, documents, and deadlines. Ensure smooth communication between all parties. Update CRM and maintain accurate records for each transaction. Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in wholesale real estate or fix-and-flip . Must have experience with InvestorLift software . Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
