Role Overview The attorney will be an employee of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L, based in our Puerto Madero offices (Docklands Building). The attorney will provide legal support for clients in the United States, Argentina, and other countries on a wide variety of transactional, commercial, regulatory and operational matters. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day legal support for ExxonMobil business units, developing relationships with key business leaders to drive positive business results. Support and lead a wide range of commercial transactions and draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including goods and services contracts and represent ExxonMobil affiliates in dealings with third parties such as governments, competitors, partners, suppliers and equipment manufacturers. Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues, provide legal analysis and counsel to maintain compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and to anticipate and mitigate legal risks for the Corporation and its affiliates. Assist in the preparation and presentation of materials in various settings, such as training sessions for clients on contracting, compliance and other legal issues. Work closely with other teams within the ExxonMobil Law Department and other ExxonMobil functional groups (e.g., tax, regulatory, finance functions). Qualifications Law degree. Licensed to practice law in Argentina. Excellent English level. Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in English, providing quality business and corporate legal advice in a law firm or in‑house department. Reputation for high ethical standards and integrity. Strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to exercise sound business judgment. Strong relationship‑building skills, self‑confidence, flexibility, initiative and a strategic, pragmatic approach. Ability to work independently but also as a member of an integrated legal team and contribute collaboratively. Benefits Competitive health coverage.
