German Conversation Specialist (AI Training) We’re building a team of fluent German speakers to support a conversational AI project. This is not call center or transcription work; your role is to have natural, balanced conversations in German while being recorded through our client’s platform. As you speak, the platform will provide prompts and topics to guide the discussion and keep the flow natural. This is a remote, flexible. You can work from anywhere in the world. It’s a great opportunity to use your language skills, connect with others, and earn extra income while contributing to the future of AI. What the work looks like Once onboarded, you’ll sign into the client’s platform and start a conversation with a partner. You can either: Invite someone you already know. Connect with other German speakers through the client’s WhatsApp group. During the conversation, the platform will display prompts and themes, as well as a speaking‑time balance, so the dialogue stays natural and evenly shared. It’s a simple, social role: speak naturally, follow the prompts, and ensure your audio quality is clear. What makes you a good fit Fluent German speaker. Access to a separate microphone (not the computer’s built‑in mic). Use headphones and can record in a quiet environment. Enjoy conversation and are reliable with your commitments. What to expect Selected candidates will receive credentials to access our client’s platform. Complete a short recording test so the client can check audio quality (microphone, background noise, etc.). Go through a quick camera‑based identity verification. If approved, you’ll receive onboarding instructions by email (check your spam folder just in case). Once onboarded, you can start recording sessions and get paid weekly.
