Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. Oversee the development and maintenance of test cases and test scripts for manual accessibility testing. Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing processes. Manage and maintain test environments ensuring they are up-to-date and functional. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products. Mentor and guide junior testers providing support and knowledge sharing. Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing timelines and deliverables. Utilize HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking. Qualifications Advanced English. Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in a QA manager or QA lead role. Proficient in Python, C#, Java, Selenium, Azure DevOps, VSTS, VS Code, JMeter, Blazemeter or similar tools. Experience in leading and managing all QA activities: data engineering, manual testing, test automation, performance testing. Practical coding experience with automated web testing tools, services, and physical devices or any programming languages (Python preferred). Experience in Automation architecture development and/or maintenance. Ability to build high quality test strategy, test plan, test cases, sign-off for all testing activities: functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end testing. Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies. Nice to have non-functional testing understanding for performance testing using JMeter/BlazeMeter.
