Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing to care for our residents in Parkview Healthcare Facility. Applicant must be a Registered Nurse (RN). The skilled nursing facility is an 78-bed facility located in Bolivar, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Job Summary maintains and assures that the following functions are performed as to promote quality nursing care; operation/policies and procedures, quality improvement, supervision of staff, education, orientation, coordination, documentation, professional behavior, sets an example to other employees by professional attitude and behavior, behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
