Payment Release Analyst In this role you will be a member of the Procurement team, supporting the Purchase‑to‑Pay process by ensuring accurate payments and month‑end close activities. Responsibilities Ensure accurate payment transactions. Control invoices received by vendor PO created by volumetric team. Post hydrocarbon invoices (MoT: vessels, rail, and trucks). Ensure accuracy for movements and payments of vendors on due date. Clear pending items and resolve issues preventing payment. Perform MEC control checks so everything is posted before WD4 with the correct accounting month. Provide monthly information on late payment reasons (e.g., Sap Late Accruals, Prior Period Adjustments). Skills and Qualifications Advanced English level Strong analytical skills Effective communication Adaptability Collaboration Initiative Preferred Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an economic‑related field. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office package.
