Our mission is to help clients maximize revenue and streamline the back-end payment processes. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President and to oversee the daily operations of our office and support the smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative management within a US professional services setting. The Office Administrator will report to the President. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle Accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping including: Managing the AR and AP Sending all invoices Monthly reconciliation Categorizing expenses All HR tasks including payroll, compliance, regulatory, etc. Support the Marketing Activities including: Create marketing content for blogs and social media Manage outbound email marketing campaigns Help support Sales Team as needed Manage general IT requests Overseeing the Human Resource duties including: Manage the HR Software Platforms Assist with the recruiting and coordinating hiring events Work on Special Projects, as directed by the President #J-18808-Ljbffr
