Company is looking for a skilled, curious and passionate Product Owner Your opportunity… We represent a multinational e-commerce company that enables users in Latin America to make extra money by providing them the opportunity to trade second hand goods. Mobile applications are vital in our client´s value proposition, as more and more users get access to Internet on their cellphones. Our client is a market leader in online classifieds in various Latam markets and aims to become a worldwide leader. As a Product Owner LATAM, based in Buenos Aires, you will serve as the leading person of multiple initiatives for product development. We believe in creating a richer world by empowering people Every day millions of people across the globe use our platform to buy and sell goods We generate traffic of over 11 billion monthly page views in more than 40 countries What responsibilities will you have when working with us? Jointly define product strategy and roadmap Coordinate and build strong working relations with different teams including: Local Offices, Engineering, Marketing, and Development. Drive solutions across development teams through market requirements and positioning Specify requirements for current and future projects by participating in market research activities and supporting in user insights analysis Work closely with all teams to ensure delivery of features and alignment with plans Define success metrics to improve customer efficiency and effectiveness Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes What will you need to be successful in this role? You are passionate about mobile apps, always on the lookout for that new application that makes your life easier. You want to place yourself in the position of your users, feel their problems and always want to make something amazing for them. You like to solve problems, dig into data and find creative solutions. You hate to copy competitors. You are fast, results driven and above all a fun colleague to work with. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Design or related field. At least 5+ years of successful product management experience, preferably in a consumer Internet company, mobile application development or ad/marketing agency. User-centric approach, keen on the overall experience and obsessive with UX details. Proven analytical skills and the ability to identify customer needs and communicate them to stakeholders.
