We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of paid advertising across Google and Meta for four related brands (two law firms, a restaurant, and a staffing company). This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, optimization, and performance reporting, as well as strategy. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns from scratch, improving existing accounts, managing budgets, testing creatives and audiences, and clearly reporting on results. Because the brands span different industries (restaurant, law firms, staffing), subject matter fluency and the ability to adapt messaging and funnel strategy are highly valued. This is a full‑time, fully remote role suited for someone who is comfortable managing different ad accounts and accountable for measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube as appropriate) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) (creatives will be provided, however, experience with proposing and testing copy, keywords, etc. is valued). Own full‑funnel paid acquisition efforts, including lead generation to conversion optimization. Adapt campaign structure, targeting, and messaging across different industries and customer types. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing page alignment. Monitor budgets, pacing, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics across the brands. Implement tracking and conversion measurement (Google Tag, GA4, Meta pixel, etc.). Prepare clear, concise performance reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on offers, landing pages, and funnel improvements. Qualifications & Experience - Must Have 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta . Demonstrated experience setting up accounts and campaigns from scratch , not just optimizing existing ones. Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $20,000+ Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (bidding, attribution, funnels, CRO). Experience managing multiple campaigns or brands simultaneously. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed optimization decisions. Excellent communication skills, particularly around explaining performance and results. High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability in a remote environment. C1/C2 English ability Nice to Have Experience running paid ads for professional services (e.g., legal, staffing, consulting) and local/consumer brands (e.g., restaurants). Familiarity with lead generation funnels, call tracking, and CRM integrations. Experience working with multiple stakeholders or brand owners. Copywriting experience for paid ads.
