Role Overview The IT Director will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with executive leadership. This role combines IT management and product management responsibilities, driving technological innovation while ensuring our marketing platform meets client needs and business objectives. As IT Director, you will oversee cross‑functional technical teams, guide product roadmaps, and implement forward‑thinking IT strategies that align with our company's growth trajectory. Responsibilities Recruit, lead and mentor technical teams including frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps engineers, providing relevant constructive feedback. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and accountability. Collaborate with executive leadership to define company vision and strategic direction, and align priorities. Communicate closely with all departments, translating technical concepts into strategic business terms and product features. Drive data‑informed decision making across technology and product initiatives, providing clear and regular updates to all stakeholders. Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends. Drive product roadmap planning and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. Implement agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features that meet customer needs. Ensure security, compliance, and risk management across all IT systems. Implement robust technology infrastructure to support our marketing platform and internal operations. Develop and implement AI initiatives to enhance our marketing solutions and operational efficiency. Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies. Requirements Key requirements 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a blend of technical and product management expertise. 3+ years of experience managing cross‑functional teams and leading technical departments. Solid experience and expertise in PHP development, contributing to scalable solutions. Strong experience working with SQL, including PostgreSQL, for designing and overseeing solutions. Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure. Experience developing product roadmaps and guiding product development cycles. Proven track record of successfully implementing technology strategies that drive business outcomes. Strong business communication skills for effective collaboration with non‑technical departments. Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. Essential Qualities Strong people management skills with proven ability to deliver results through team development. Experienced in collaborating with remote teams across different cultures and time zones. High degree of autonomy and independence in decision‑making and execution.
