En Tigo El Salvador, estamos buscando un(a) Treasury Chief para liderar la gestión técnica y estratégica de nuestras operaciones de tesorería, con impacto directo en la generación de efectivo y la sostenibilidad del negocio. Ubicación: El SalvadorPuesto: Treasury Chief Propósito principal Garantizar el logro de la meta de generación de efectivo (EFCF) de la operación, mediante el control y gestión técnica y administrativa de las actividades relacionadas al capital de trabajo. Principales responsabilidades Análisis, control y monitoreo del EFCF de la compañía Propuesta de iniciativas de alto impacto financiero para la toma de decisiones clave junto a liderazgo (Manager, CFO SV, CEO SV y Millicom). Gestión y visibilidad de oportunidades y amenazas del flujo de caja. Planificación y seguimiento del flujo de caja mensual y anual. Liderar proyectos de mejora del ciclo de conversión de efectivo. Planificación y ejecución de pagos, garantizando cumplimiento del Working Capital. Ejecución de controles SOX para mitigar riesgos financieros. Gestión de relaciones con bancos e instituciones financieras. Control documental de procesos bancarios y órdenes de compra. Colaboración constante con equipos como FP&A, Contabilidad, Compras, Taxes y Tesorería MIC. Perfil buscado Profesional en Finanzas, Administración, Economía o carreras afines. +5 años de experiencia en tesorería, gestión de capital de trabajo o análisis financiero. Dominio de procesos de flujo de caja, relaciones bancarias y controles internos. Alta capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación.
