El Director de Ingeniería forma parte del equipo de Liderazgo del Hotel que toma colectivamente decisiones estratégicas y operativas clave para el Hotel Four Seasons Buenos Aires

Tus tareas serán:

·Supervisar a un equipo de especialistas en Ingeniería y Mantenimiento responsables de todas las operaciones de mantenimiento de instalaciones interiores/exteriores, que incluyen plomería, refrigeración, calefacción/aire acondicionado, pintura, carpintería, estructuras, reciclaje, electricidad, cuidado del terreno y áreas de estacionamiento.

·Controlar los gastos acordes al presupuesto aprobado

·Tomaras decisiones de compra de maquinarias y repuestos vinculados al mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. Establecimiento de políticas y control de inventario

·Tendrás a cargo los sistemas de Seguridad de las personas y de las maquinarias, teniendo a cargo la prevención de incendios, los sistemas de iniciativa energética/verde y la gestión de otros trabajos necesarios para mantener la propiedad en condiciones eficientes y garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de los huéspedes y empleados.

Requisitos:

·Ser un profesional graduado en las carreras de Ingeniería o Arquitectura.

·Contar con una experiencia mínima de tres años de empleo previo en un puesto de Director/ Gerente de Ingeniería en Empresas hoteleras o en mantenimiento edilicio.

·Poseer sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, que demuestren una fuerte ética de trabajo, adaptabilidad y flexibilidad, y habilidades de liderazgo.

·Contar con experiencia en manejo de proyectos de renovación de equipos críticos, habitaciones y espacios públicos es deseable.

·Demostrar conocimiento avanzado en manejo equipos críticos típicos de edificios, como enfriadores, calderas, HVAC, conocimientos generales de MEP, entre otros.

·Experiencia en gestión de personal y gestión financiera, tanto como gestión de órdenes de trabajo (WO) y gestión de inventario y en asistencia en proyectos de renovación importantes de equipos críticos.

·Tener habilidades en comunicación, organización, resolución de problemas, adaptabilidad al cambio, delegación de tareas y pensamiento estratégico serán fundamentales para el éxito de tu gestión.

·Disponer de flexibilidad Horaria.

·Poseer dominio del español es indispensable en todas las competencias del idioma (hablar, leer, escribir) y conocimiento del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado es deseable.
