MediaMonks has an opening for a talented Semi Senior Designer who wants to further their skills in digital asset design. In this role, you’ll join a dedicated team in producing digital ads and assets for one of the world’s most recognizable brands. 

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver on the agreed dates to achieve goals. Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines, manage between accounts and the corresponding teams. Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones. Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time. Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team to provide ideas for the always on publications. Localize assets (video and images) following the guidelines of each material. Setting creative and technical standards to determine the best tools and techniques to use is essential. Have impeccable interpersonal skills. Take matters into your own hands when needed, but always look at your project’s bigger picture- keeping the north star in mind. Working together with animation directors, creative directors and art directors to bring your combined creative vision to life. You know the ins and outs of animation - from concept to creation and beyond. You can produce drop-dead gorgeous animations, illustrations and designs, even under skinny jeans-tight deadlines.

Requirements

+2 years experience working in the advertising industry as a Mid role. Skilled in motion graphics and editing. Design skills are a definite plus. Professional understanding of After Effects, Premier, Figma, psd, illustrator Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT). Visualization of creative campaigns for different brands. +3 years minimum digital experience. Good english, both spoken and written.
