Company Description

Grove Acquisitions is a real estate investment group that focuses on acquiring targeted properties at scale. Operating across various property verticals including multifamily, affordable housing, new development, and healthcare properties.


Role Description

The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, mostly Real Estate Investment firms, collaborating with industry professionals to maximize investment opportunities and drive growth by ensuring the prospects move through the established pipeline in a streamlined process.


Organization is key, as reporting every aspect of each opportunity and ensuring deliverables do not fall through the cracks is vital in this role.


Qualifications

  • Full English fluency, C1+ (Non - Negotiable)
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in real estate or property management
  • Knowledge of property verticals such as multifamily, affordable housing, new development, and healthcare properties
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with Monday.com and Outreach.io is a plus


Role Details

  • Monthly Compensation as a contractor is $2500 - $4000 based on experience
  • Working Schedule is 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Time (New York)
  • PTO Policy is 10 days per year after the first work year
  • Will require attending Kumospace virtual office environment while on working hours
