ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Gather data, analyze metrics, and elaborate reports and dashboards and communicate results across different teams.
  • Take actions to achieve KPIs defined in the organization and communicate accordingly.
  • Review custom applications developed internally and by 3rd parties adhering internal processes and tools compliance for software Development and QA services.
ABOUT YOU

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create, maintain metrics and dashboards.
  • Regular reviews for custom applications evaluating compliance during lifecycle of a project. Communicate and create report results.
  • Monitors on regular basis results for solutions within our organization to identify any instances where company's standards are not accomplished.
  • Analyze through Power BI platform results and take actions accordingly following Audit process (SQL queries – PostgreSQL – Python scripts).
  • Share the results of the analysis with project’s teams and direct managers.
  • Participate daily meetings and weekly planning.
  • General tech involved: Jenkins, Sonar, Bitbucket/Git, Jira, Agile concepts, programming languages data analyst oriented (Python – JavaScript – SQL – Python), Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • We are seeking candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starters that can participate in autonomous team environment.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English. (Must have)


Desired:
Associate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
