IT Analyst Remote (U.S. Only)

Pay: $32.50 - $49.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Key Responsibilities

As an IT Analyst, you will:

- Technical Support

- Provide remote assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Respond promptly to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

- System Maintenance and Monitoring

- Ensure optimal system performance through regular updates, backups, and security patches.

- Proactively monitor IT systems to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

- Data Management and Security

- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for secure storage and retrieval.

- Collaborate on data compliance to align with industry regulations.

- User Training and Documentation

- Create user-friendly guides and conduct remote training sessions for staff.

- Maintain clear documentation for IT processes and procedures.

- System Optimization and Analysis

- Evaluate current IT processes, identifying areas for improvement.

- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

- Project Coordination

- Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades and software implementations.

- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.

- Vendor and Network Management

- Liaise with IT vendors to troubleshoot and maintain service levels.

- Support secure network connectivity and implement robust cybersecurity measures.

Qualifications

- Required:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

- Preferred:

- Experience with engineering software tools and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.

- Skills:

- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
