Job Summary

The Red Hat Enterprise Sales Organization is seeking a Latam Sales Program Leader to join the Enterprise Segment team in LATAM. This role will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Segment LATAM. You'll work with our Enterprise Global Sales team and Enterprise Sales LATAM stakeholders to define long and short-term strategies that support go to market programs for enterprise accounts across LATAM. This position involves pipeline analysis and strategic planning for internal readiness, program development as well as management and delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and establish appropriate metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the programs developed and executed. As a Program Manager, you will also help establish an organizational program management discipline and serve as an ambassador for the adoption of programmatic fundamentals, principles and methodologies.

What you will do:

Engage, influence and build alliances with key Red Hat stakeholders involved in go to market activities for enterprise accounts including marketing, operations and Business Units.

Work with Enterprise Latam leaders to establish clearly defined metrics and targets to ensure accountability.

Engage and align with Technology Sales, Customer Success, Industries and Ecosystem organizations to align and prioritize key sales plays and initiatives to be executed in the global Enterprise segment.

Ensure all deliverables are "field ready" prior to implementation in the field, creating a simplified, integrated and targeted Enterprise GTM Playbook. 

Define the metrics and KPI’s to accurately measure adoption and performance, by play, providing feedback regarding learnings to relevant organizations.

Identify areas for scaling capacity, improving communication and productivity.

Ultimate measure of success of offers will be through increased pipeline, SYB, overall lead management throughput and productivity.

Identify areas of opportunity, streamline processes with improved cross-segment execution, share best practices and provide knowledge transfer for sustained improvement. 

Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities for all aspects of go to market programs.

Facilitate the definition of program objectives and deliver a detailed plan from inception to operational hand-off.

Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.

Develop and carry out short-term (fiscal year bound) plans outlining specific activities, investments and targets aimed at improving capability and productivity across enterprise accounts.

Continuously evaluate programs for roadblocks, gathering feedback on solutions and present insights for future program enhancements.

What you will bring:

10+ years experience in business planning and/or program management for technology-related services or offerings.

Ability to work effectively across a diverse management team, as well as a broad spectrum of internal partners, globally.

Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.

Solid interpersonal and leadership skills and analytical abilities.

Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to employ critical thinking to manage business strategies.

Proactive problem-solving skills.

Ability to guide yourself and others to meet deadlines through influencing without authority.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

Fluency in english is mandatory: Spanish or Portuguese is highly desired
