You will be the manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations

Qué necesitas saber de esta posición?:

Trabajarás como nexo en términos financieros entre la región de Cono Sur y Latin America / Global. Estarás a cargo de la planificación financiera para Argentina, Uruguay y Paraguay, teniendo en cuenta las variables del contexto para evaluar diversos escenarios externos, a corto, mediano y largo plazo. A su vez, estarás a cargo de planificar y gestionar el presupuesto de overheads.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

• Alianzas Comerciales:
Ser socio de áreas financieras y comerciales, así como trabajar de cerca con el equipo de Liderazgo para definir la agenda de planificación comercial y las prioridades de la BU.
Ser crítico en la asignación de recursos para el presupuesto de gastos generales en todas las funciones e inversiones en proyectos.
Apoyar la agenda estratégica de la BU, liderando desde el plan estratégico financiero a largo plazo.
Modelado y armado de escenarios de sensibilidad.

• Presupuesto y planificación
Ser dueño del Plan Estratégico y del proceso presupuestario
Aprobar la adecuación del plan frente a los objetivos, poseer un análisis riguroso de variaciones, ayudar a la BU a gestionar una adecuada comunicación con el equipo de LA Finance.
Garantizar la alineación de los resultados proyectados para cumplir los objetivos, proponer ajustes en las decisiones e inversiones (self-funded mindset) en contextos volátiles, para asegurar el alcance de objetivos de modo sustentable.
Mentalidad de planes de contingencia.

• Gesti ó n de resultados y desempe ñ o
Análisis de brechas entre las pérdidas y ganancias reales y las planificadas. Seguimiento estrecho del gasto de OVH.
Revisar los KPI financieros y operativos mensuales/trimestrales frente a los objetivos, garantizando una comprensión integral de los drivers de negocio para respaldar una clara comunicaciónón con LA e impulsar las decisiones de la BU. 

• Gesti ó n de personas
Liderar el equipo, brindando claridad sobre los objetivos, el propósito y la visión e impulsando el intercambio de mejores prácticas.
Liderar un equipo comprometido de alto rendimiento, garantizando que las capacidades y habilidades cumplan con los requisitos y planes de desarrollo claros.

• Gesti ó n de proceso
Liderar la armonización, simplificación y estandarización de procesos clave.
Participar en proyectos prioritarios regionales de BU pero también de LA.
Impulsar la agenda digital

Requisitos específicos para el rol:

Graduado de la Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería u afines.

+6-8 años de experiencia en roles de FP&A u áreas afines

Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado excluyente

Dominio del paquete office avanzado, otras herramientas (Power BI, tableu)

Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo (deseable)

Experiencia liderando equipos (deseable)

Esquema de trabajo:

Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Jueves 9 a 18hs, y viernes flex.
