A Tech Expert Sales professional is a seasoned sales specialist with deep technical knowledge, responsible for selling ag technology solutions. They combine sales acumen with technical expertise to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and drive business growth. Their role often includes pre-sales support, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
We seek a talented professional skilled in driving agro business growth, building strong client relationships, and accelerating digital transformation projects across Latin America and the USA.
Preferred Location:
United States, Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia or México)
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will connect our portfolio with the specific needs of our clients in the agricultural sector. You'll collaborate closely with our C-level executives, founders, product, and development teams to drive the adoption of our tailored solutions and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify client needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process (prospect, leads, existing customers), including solution presentations, success cases showcase and staff augmentation proposals.Eventually, close opportunities and finalize sales.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into tailored technical solutions that leverage our products and services.
Bid Management: Lead the demand with the internal team to meet client requirements and demonstrate the value of our solution in improving agricultural practices and outcomes. Send commercial proposals aligned with the Ag Expert Sales team's agreements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the development (product) teams, including technology partners, to understand their needs and promote our solutions.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Magoya business to provide informed and relevant advice to clients and the sales team.
Enablement Support: Conduct enablement sessions for clients and internal teams, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and use of our solutions by partnering with the Customer Success team.
