Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, targeting both crypto-native and non-crypto audiences.
- Create, curate, and schedule content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms including Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.
- Engage with the community on a daily basis by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering an inclusive and interactive environment.
- Monitor social media trends and innovations in the Web3 space to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to amplify brand reach and participate in key Web3 conversations.
- Manage social media campaigns, including NFT drops, token launches, and event promotions, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and community sentiment, and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry standards in the Web3 space to ensure compliance with social media activities.
- Participate in and create live event coverage (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, YouTube streams, etc.) to promote the brand and interact with the community in real time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Web3 space.
