Interés en la tecnología, pasión por las ventas y relacionamiento con clientes, y fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
Más de 7 años de experiencia en ventas de tecnología incluyendo experiencia de venta de soluciones de negocio y servicios en la nube.
Experiencia en ventas en el fabricante de tecnología.
Experiencia trabajando en sector público 
Experiencia trabajando con partners en modelo de venta indirecta 
Experiencia posicionando soluciones: capaz de comprender rápidamente las necesidades del cliente, detectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y generar confianza
Experiencia en el desarrollo de negocios en grandes compañías.
Capaz de relacionarse con altos mandos (C-levels).
Capaz de impulsar un alto valor de oportunidades activas a gran velocidad, al mismo tiempo, cerrando acuerdos dentro de escalas de tiempo agresivas.
Capaz de utilizar el ecosistema de Oracle para navegar dentro de clientes e identificar objetivos y oportunidades
Altos niveles de habilidades de prospección: orientación, búsqueda de nombres, llamadas en frío, conseguir la reunión: búsqueda de contactos no tradicionales fuera de la base de datos instalada y uso de todos los métodos para interactuar con ellos
Capaz de identificar casos de uso reales para la nube en el cliente que generan valor para el cliente y pueden conducir a una rápida expansión de acuerdos originales
Mentalidad optimista y positiva, ansiosa por interactuar e influir en las personas, impulsada por el éxito y la resiliencia.
 

Lo que harás:
Ser la pieza vital del rompecabezas que nos conecta con el Sector Público:

Liderar acuerdos de tecnología IaaS/PaaS y On-Premise en un territorios de clientes asignados,
Promocionar y evangelizar los productos de Oracle a clientes, socios y audiencias seleccionadas
Desarrollar relaciones y colaborar con nuestros socios para definir, recomendar e impulsar las ventas
Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de ventas que brinde una cobertura completa específica del territorio y del sector.
Desarrollar programas y soluciones de ventas apropiados; mantener información competitiva actualizada y compilar historias de éxito regionales
Reunirse con contactos de clientes sénior para generar credibilidad y desarrollar relaciones duraderas
Comprometerse con el soporte de preventa para las reuniones con los clientes para desarrollar aún más las discusiones con los clientes
Liderar campañas exitosas de lanzamiento al mercado trabajando en estrecha colaboración con especialistas de marketing internos.
Contribuir y liderar la planificación de cuentas, análisis de clientes/mercado y sesiones de estrategia
