About the role

The primary mission of this position is to maximize data value through best-in-class engineering, data & insights products for NA Segment business growth. 

Main responsibilities:

Leads and executes data & analyticsstrategy for correspondingproductteam, including master data governance, data productsand models. 

Leads the design, development, deploymentandcontinuoussupportof digital productsandsolutions, fosteringinnovationandexcellence in digital offerings for theproductteam. 

Lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuringservice delivery supportoperationsexcellenceincludingaudits, change, incident, problem, andconfiguration management. 

Developstechnologyinvestmentplansandactivation, includingbudgeting, forecasting, business case developmentandrealization, business outcomeidentification, business adoptionplans, resourcingplans. 

Champion theimportanceof digital securityandprivacy, adherestointernalandexternalrigorousprotocolstoprotectcompanyandcustomer data. 

Establishandupholdbestpractice standards for digital commercialproductoperations. 

Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO. 

Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C’s growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

Bachelor’sdegree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated discipline. MBA orequivalentispreferred. 

7+ yearsofleadershipexperiencewithlarge, global IT teams, focusingonthedevelopmentlifecyclewithinproductteams. Demonstratesstrongcapabilities in cross-functionalcollaborationandmanagingdiverse, multicultural teams in a matrixorganizationto drive performance andinnovation. 

7-10+ yearsdemonstrablestrategicimpactandtechnology delivery in Data & Analyticstechnologyandoperationswithinaninnovativeandhighlyagilecustomerenvironment. 

Solidexperience in CPG industry. 

7-10+ yearsdemonstrableexperiencedesigninganddeploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data productsleveraging tools like SAP HANA, Azure, Snowflake, PowerBI, and similar technologies. 

5+ yearsdemonstrableexperiencedesigninganddeploying high-quality models withconfidenceandadoption. 

Provenexperiencedefiningandexecutinganintegrated data productecosystemandstrategy, thatfocuseson data maximizationacrossthevaluechain. 

Provenabilityto lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business andsecureoperatingenvironment. 

3+ yeardemonstrableexperience in AgileandProductteam workflows, includingepics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management. 

Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs. 

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills. 

Strong analyticalandproblem-solving skills andpassion for productdevelopment. 

Professional attitudeandserviceorientation; team player. 

Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
