Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Jr Manager Communications LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Propósito

El Gerente Junior de Comunicaciones LATAMC será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias y planes de comunicación interna, para prensa y franquiciados que involucren, alineen e inspiren a empleados, hoteles/propietarios, gerentes generales y periodistas con la visión, valores y prioridades clave de la empresa. Esta persona gestionará los mensajes clave y las comunicaciones para garantizar la alineación entre departamentos y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección, operaciones, marketing y legal, para asegurar que las comunicaciones sean informativas, atractivas y oportunas, y para garantizar que todas las comunicaciones sean coherentes y estén alineadas con la marca. También creará narrativas convincentes, gestionará relaciones con los medios y promoverá iniciativas que apoyen los objetivos comerciales de WHR y de los hoteles gestionados.

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de comunicación interna que apoyen las prioridades comerciales, incluyendo el compromiso de los empleados, la gestión del cambio y las iniciativas culturales.

 

Desarrollar e implementar planes de comunicación que respalden iniciativas comerciales y mantengan informados a los propietarios y franquiciados sobre actualizaciones clave, iniciativas y cambios.

 

Gestionar la creación de materiales de comunicación, incluyendo boletines, anuncios, presentaciones y contenido digital para miembros del equipo, propietarios y franquiciados.

 

Gestionar relaciones con los medios, incluyendo el desarrollo de comunicados de prensa, la respuesta a consultas de los medios y la propuesta de historias a periodistas.

 

Crear y gestionar contenido para diversas plataformas de comunicación interna, incluyendo correos electrónicos, intranet, boletines y presentaciones.

 

Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios y la alta dirección para desarrollar mensajes claros y coherentes y asegurar una comunicación efectiva en toda la organización.

 

Apoyar el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias de comunicación para reuniones/ eventos/ conferencias internas y de franquiciados, incluyendo discursos, presentaciones y comunicaciones escritas para líderes senior.

 

Medir la efectividad de todas las estrategias de comunicación y mejorar continuamente en función de los comentarios y análisis.

 

Ayudar en la gestión de comunicaciones de crisis y problemas mediáticos según sea necesario.

 

Educación & Experiencia

  • Título universitario en Comunicaciones, Periodismo, Relaciones Públicas o campo relacionado

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en comunicaciones, comunicaciones corporativas, prensa o roles relacionados

  • Experiencia comprobada en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de comunicación

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con la capacidad de crear contenido atractivo

  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y organización, con la capacidad de manejar múltiples prioridades

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos interdisciplinarios y construir relaciones en todos los niveles de la organización
