Lo que buscamos en ti

Nos orientamos a profesionales que cuenten con al menos 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares para desarrollar un rol clave como responsable de la gestión de los requerimientos de nuestros clientes, tanto en los aspectos técnicos como funcionales.

Su propósito será velar por la correcta gestión de expectativas del cliente en cuánto al alcance, tiempos y riesgos de cada desarrollo, con un fuerte foco en la calidad, la comunicación y la mejora continua.

Valoramos candidatos que provengan de carreras relacionadas a sistemas o afines, que cuenten con espíritu emprendedor y excelentes relaciones interpersonales tanto de cara a los clientes y como a las áreas internas de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades:

Asegurar el relevamiento, el análisis y documentación de los requerimientos de negocio, asegurando que sean consistentes, completos y entendibles. Velar porque el diseño de las soluciones haga el mejor uso de las capacidades de la Enterprise Low Code Platform y siguiendo principios claves de diseño. Articular el trabajo tanto con los equipos de desarrollo internos de Veritran como con los del cliente, para dar una respuesta satisfactoria a las necesidades de negocio abordadas. Velar por la correcta gestión, alineación y comunicación de las expectativas del cliente en cuánto al alcance, tiempos y riesgos de cada desarrollo, con fuerte foco en la calidad, la comunicación y la mejora continua. Mantener una comunicación clara y fluida con el cliente y con las áreas internas de Veritran. Asegurar que el equipo de desarrollo cuenta con las definiciones aprobadas por el cliente y todos los servicios en insumos necesarios para cumplir con los compromisos asumidos con el cliente. Brindar visibilidad constante, dando alertas tempranas y formales ante situaciones que puedan comprometer el alcance, la calidad o los tiempos de los desarrollos comprometidos Gestionar y velar por el trabajo del equipo en general y del de cada uno de sus integrantes en particular. Mantener el relacionamiento con los clientes, incluyendo vistas a los mismos.

Será requerido contar con:

Fuertes habilidades de análisis funcional. Experiencia previa en lógica de programación orientada a objetos. Experiencia en el desarrollo de canales de banca digital y un fuerte entendimiento del negocio financiero/banca. Gestión de procesos y liderazgo de personas (pequeños equipos) Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos. Conocimientos en Experiencia de Usuario (UX/UI). Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar en proyectos internacionales y con diferentes husos horarios. Será deseable y un plus contar con: inglés conversacional y escrito, conocimiento en metodologías ágiles, entendimiento en arquitectura de aplicaciones, conocimientos generales de seguridad informática e infraestructura y habilidades comerciales.
