Now, about the opportunity: We’re looking to hire an Animation Producer to oversee the production process of our fast-moving animation projects.

Role & Responsibilities

In this Buenos Aires based role, you’ll be part of the Animation department together with extremely talented animators. Together with our department leads, who monitor production quality, you are responsible for managing the in- and output of the animation projects for an amazing team of 30+ animators. You liaise between our offices and clients to make sure MediaMonks nails milestone after milestone, hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what. You work together with project managers, producers, and creatives to make sure we always achieve the right and highest quality. You work with animators, directors, and (film) producers to make sure every pixel is polished to perfection. A big part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping everyone informed on the progress of projects. You relay client feedback to the team and look after the quality of their output. You translate the complexity of the production needs into lucid language that clients and other outsiders can understand. You make sure deadlines are met with lethal precision and flag the ones that aren’t attainable upfront. You schedule, track, prioritize assignments, and make sure the right talents are available. You update delivery decks, track feedback, make trackers and be on top of information Last but not least you help to quote, scope, and plan new animation projects together with our department leads.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for an individual with a promising resumé and at least 3 years of professional experience You must have an excellent command of the English language.
You are able to offer advice on a range of animation techniques incuding 2D Motion Graphics, frame x frame, 3D animation and VFX. You´ve kept up to date with AI evolution and know how to use it to make projects more efficient. You must have sufficient technical understanding to foresee and address possible planning and production issues. You should like working with a team and helping others grow alongside you to create an amazing environment to work in. You’re keen and knowledgeable about producing and planning animation projects. Experience in Unreal Engine projects is a plus
