Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience Solid financial and analytical skills. Strong team player with excellent people and communication skills. Work in collaborative and multicultural organizations. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence Highly proficient in Excel & ERP user experience Spanish native and advanced english (Proven TOEFL over 90/120 is a plus) Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. Master or MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation, analysis and consolidation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial results. Prepare monthly Flux analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts. Support day to day and month-end accounting activities. Prepare and follow up on assigned monthly general ledger account reconciliations Be focal point for I/C reconciliation. Work with external BPO to attend Argentina tax and accounting requirements. Identify areas of enhancements, eliminate inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
