Scope of Job
RCM is seeking a highly skilled .NET programmer with + years of experience to join their team supporting an insurance client in Puerto Rico. This role requires a strong background in web development technologies and the ability to work independently across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Primary Responsibilities Develop and support web applications using , C, and MVC. Create and integrate with various web service APIs using RESTful principles. Utilizes Object Relational Mappers (ORMs) to bridge the gap between .NET applications and Oracle databases. Experience with database programming in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Generate reports using Crystal Reports and/or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Implement JavaScript frameworks like , , and jQuery, particularly for building AJAX-driven applications. Qualifications + years of experience programming in .NET (C) Solid understanding of web development concepts and best practices Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database management Familiarity with Crystal Reports and/or SSRS Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (, , jQuery) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize workload. Self-motivated and thrives in a work environment with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering (preferred) with a minimum of years of experience in .NET
