Scientific Communications Expert
We are looking for Scientific Communications Specialist who can help us to drive brand awareness in scientific community through online and offline channels and support our local marketing and PR campaigns though executing our local scientific communication strategy.
What are we looking for?
You hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Ideally, you have at least 3+ years of experience as veterinary practitioner.
You have excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
Your English level is fluent.
You have high passion to better the lives of pets by transforming the way the world applies pet nutrition.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Planificar, ejecutar y liderar el plan y estrategia de Credibility, apalancada en la comunicación científica y general para su posicionamiento en el mercado local, alineada con las estrategias y prioridades de nuestras marcas y negocios.
Planificar, ejecutar, liderar la estrategia de comunicación científica y técnica, alineada con las prioridades y atributos de las marcas, la marca paraguas (ecosistema Mars) y sus productos.
Desarrollar y ejecutar alianzas con asociaciones veterinarias y con universidades.
Desarrollar materiales técnicos y generales para los distintos públicos, incluidos cursos de formación o entrenamientos para asociados.
Soporte para campañas de Relaciones Públicas o comunicación y reputación, desde el contenido y punto de vista técnico y científico.
Manejo y reporte del presupuesto del área. Realizacion de tareas administrativas (ordenes de compra, control de facturación,
Analizar y reportar la eficacia de las acciones con KPIs.
Proporcionar apoyo técnico/argumentación/respuestas científicas a las principales áreas del negocio, incluyendo Consumer Care/Regulatorio/ Marketing/Ventas, entre otros. Selling Stories.
Revisar/traducir/estructurar las comunicaciones técnicas recibidas de la global, para ayudar a los equipos de MKT, Ventas, dComm, etc.
Coordinación y organización de eventos de capacitación y Congresos/Eventos a clientes y/o Médicos Veterinarios
Desarrollo e implementacion de estrategias para fidelización de Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) y Universidades, estableciendo lazos e identificando oportunidades de trabajo en conjunto
Entrenamiento del equipo de ventas, consumer care y partners externos (Ej. Agencias, Instituciones)
Capacitación en terreno a clientes, identificando problemas y proponiendo soluciones para fortalecer la recomendación de los productos de la marca.
Participación como representante y vocera de la marca para medios y cursos, seminarios o congresos con enfoque científico
Identificación y levantamiento de necesidades internas y externas abordables desde el área de Comunicación.
