Además deberá guiar a los QA de los equipos de Cliengo a que puedan desarrollarse profesionalmente. Impulsar un proceso de mejora continua. Debe conocer profundamente el producto y las necesidades del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
- Crear y mantener viva una comunidad de QA cross equipos
- Definición y seguimiento de la estrategia de testing de la organización
- Planificar y guiar el desarrollo profesional de cada miembro del equipo
- Complementar los skills de todo QA entre las especializaciones individuales
RequirementsExcluyentes:
- Licenciado en Sistemas o afines.
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos. (Jira, Asana, Scrum, Agile, etc.)
- MongoDB, SQL, tecnologías API REST y programación Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
