Sales Manager/in Messen (w/m/d) Schwerpunkt Automatisierung

In dieser Funktion übernimmst du von Beginn an eine tragende Rolle für unsere all about automation Messereihe und bist ein Bindeglied zwischen Ausstellenden und Veranstaltung. Dabei bist du ein Teil eines dynamischen, flexibel und kompetenten Vertriebsteams, das gemeinsam am Erfolg der Messen arbeitet.

Du zeichnest dich durch unternehmerisches Denken aus, bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verstehst es andere zu begeistern und zu überzeugen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiger Verkauf im Verbund mit dem Sales- und Marketing-Team sowie der Projektleitung
  • Kundenansprache über Telefon und Onlinekanäle zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden/-innen und Kooperationspartner/-innen
  • Akquisition & Pflege von Neu- und Bestandskund/innen mit Hilfe des CRM-Tools Salesforce
  • Beratung der Ausstellenden rund um die Fachmessen (Marketing, Sponsoring, etc.)
  • Angebotserstellung und Verhandlungsführung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation von neuem Kundenpotenzial
  • Persönliche Kundenbetreuung auf den Messen

Dein Profil:

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Vertrieb wünschenswert und von Vorteil
  • Selbstbewusster & stilsicherer Auftritt in den Gesprächen mit Entscheidern
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Eigenmotivation & Erfolgswillen bei Verhandlungen, Abschlussstärke & Freude am Ergebnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und Social Media
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
