En Emergencias estamos buscando un Engineering manager para la Direcccion de IT.

Propósito

Garantizar la operación y el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de Emergencias y definir la estrategia de Tecnología, alineándola a la estrategia de la Dirección de Sistemas y Tecnología, generando los planes para la administración del sector bajo su responsabilidad. Esa tecnología debera proveer un buen servicio para los clientes internos y externos de modo de asegurar el logro de la estrategia del negocio.

Algunos desafios serán;

Responsable de la gestión diaria de las tecnologías de la información. Consensuar las necesidades de tecnología con las demás Gerencias de Emergencias. Definir los objetivos del sector, acordes con la estrategia y las necesidades de tecnología de Emergencias. Definir el plan de actualización tecnológica junto con el Director de Sistemas y Tecnología. Preparar el presupuesto anual de inversiones y gastos del sector. Controlar el cumplimiento de los planes y definiciones metodológicas del área bajo su responsabilidad. Definir los objetivos del sector, acordes con la estrategia y las necesidades de tecnología de Emergencias. Interactuar con los diferentes equipos para el delivery de servicios. Interacción permanente con los clientes, stakeholders y directores. Identificar oportunidades que reduzcan mantenimientos y ahorros. Mantener, desarrollar, articular y continuamente evolucionar alineado a la estrategia técnica de la empresa. Hacer que la empresa continúe evolucionando con la tecnología, ofreciendo un espacio altamente competitivo en evolución dinámica. Coordinación de actividades con diferentes áreas Emergencias, para agilizar el desarrollo sostenido y/o mejora de operaciones habituales o proyectos. Servir al cliente en gerenciar la implementación de soluciones sobre las necesidades principales que le preocupa. Participar de los comités asignados colaborando en la coordinación de los proyectos del área de tecnología y brindando la visión del área para respaldar el proceso de toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

Graduado universitario de Ingeniería en sistemas, Lic. En sistemas de la información o carreras afines. + 5 años de experiencia previa en posiciones de liderazgo de equipos técnicos. Conocimientos de On premis, bases de datos, entornos de nube, telefonía, networking, comunicaciones, sistemas operativos, etc

Capacidad de análisis y síntesis de necesidades, ser el enlace entre negocio y los servicios de Backoffice. Habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad de planificación y organización. Habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y en organizaciones matriciales. Abierto al cambio y manejo de la ambigüedad. Discreción en el manejo de la información procesada. Capacidad para construir relaciones y de negociación. Trabajar en equipo y células de trabajo. Identificación de instancias críticas a efectos de establecer prioridades.
