Location:
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Full-time, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Languages Required:
Fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Intake Paralegal, you will be crucial in managing our law firm’s initial interactions with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the first contact to accepting their case. You will:
- Manage new client engagements using our standard procedures to screen and prioritize inquiries smoothly transitioning them to consultation.
- Handle document management by securely receiving and analyzing client documents, using technology to prepare cases for review.
- Assess potential cases, applying your legal knowledge to determine their suitability and potential success.
- Coordinate client follow-ups and work closely with the litigation team to move qualified cases forward.
- Improve our intake processes by using feedback and analytics to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Master technology tools like AI and CRM systems (we use HubSpot) to optimize operations and improve client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a law firm, preferably in client intake.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage a diverse client base effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, proven ability to handle complex information.
- Tech-savvy, experienced with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex legal concepts in simple, clear terms.
