We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.

Based in the City of Buenos Aires, reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the planning and development of strategies and policies related to financial operations including cash flow, income and expense forecasting, foreign exchange operations, investments. , financing, credit, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, among others, trying to maximize financial results in accordance with the strategies and guidelines pre-established by current legislation.

Main Responsibilities  

Develop and coordinate the activities carried out by the team, the processes of studies and analysis of movements and financial positions of the company, preparation of controls, forms and management reports, to ensure compliance with obligations and the efficient use of resources. economic-financial, in accordance with pre-established guidelines and strategies.  Establish projection parameters and financial planning of the company, consolidating information and preparing financial demonstrative tables regarding exports, financing and loans, applications, hedging operations, macroeconomic data bank, among others.  Supervise and analyze financial situation of the company, verifying movements, in order to prepare demonstrative tables and prepare economic-financial reports of the company.  Manage operations related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, investments and other activities related to these, maintaining the relationship with banks as well as operations related to the contracting of financial assets and liabilities and hedging instruments. Manage receipts from duplicate clients and payments to suppliers, from the company's financial resources, through supervision of the areas involved and participation in the resolution of more complex cases.  Maintain contact with financial institutions, clients, suppliers and service providers, maintaining contact and overseeing the most diverse issues, always safeguarding the interests and image of the company.  Participate in the attention of external auditors, when the review of the company's demonstrative tables is necessary, providing information and providing additional documents that are requested.  Generate and analyze the company's budgetary cash flow, providing corrective and preventive actions, whenever the need is identified.  Generate management reports on financial performance and on clients and suppliers according to the request made by management or the headquarters.  Release orders and commercial operations, analysis and approval.  Guarantee the adequate provision of financial resources, through the formulation and application of short and medium-term financial plans seeking to optimize their influence.  Manage export administration, and carry out the settlement of imports and exports  Manage the monitoring, coordination, management and assignment of credits.  Comply with legal and company requirements regarding HSE, Management System requirements, in accordance with their competence and with the awareness and training received;  Preserve the environment and report HSE related accidents and unsafe situations to the person directly responsible and/or HSE. 

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations: 

Professional graduated in Economic Sciences, Finance, Economics or similar.  Between 8 and 10 years of previous experience in the financial area or similar functions, necessary to master the main activities of the position.  Leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication relationships, commercial vision.  Use of computer tools.  Advanced English.  SAP.

Principales Responsabilidades

Desarrollar y coordinar las actividades realizadas por el equipo, los procesos de estudios y análisis de movimientos y posiciones financieras de la empresa, elaboración de controles, formularios e informes de gestión, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones y el uso eficiente de los recursos. económico-financiero, de acuerdo con lineamientos y estrategias preestablecidas. Establecer parámetros de proyección y planificación financiera de la empresa, consolidando información y elaborando cuadros demostrativos financieros en materia de exportaciones, financiamientos y préstamos, solicitudes, operaciones de cobertura, banco de datos macroeconómicos, entre otros. Supervisar y analizar la situación financiera de la empresa, verificando movimientos, con el fin de elaborar tablas demostrativas y elaborar informes económico-financieros de la empresa. Administrar las operaciones relacionadas con cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, tesorería, inversiones y otras actividades relacionadas con estas, manteniendo la relación con los bancos, así como las operaciones relacionadas con la contratación de activos y pasivos financieros e instrumentos de cobertura. Gestionar cobros de clientes duplicados y pagos a proveedores, provenientes de los recursos financieros de la empresa, a través de la supervisión de las áreas involucradas y participación en la resolución de casos más complejos. Mantener contacto con entidades financieras, clientes, proveedores y prestadores de servicios, manteniendo el contacto y supervisando los más diversos temas, salvaguardando siempre los intereses y la imagen de la empresa. Participar en la atención de los auditores externos, cuando sea necesaria la revisión de las tablas demostrativas de la empresa, proporcionando la información y aportando los documentos adicionales que le soliciten. Generar y analizar el flujo de caja presupuestal de la empresa, proporcionando acciones correctivas y preventivas, siempre que se identifique la necesidad. Generar informes gerenciales sobre el desempeño financiero y de clientes y proveedores según la solicitud realizada por la gerencia o la casa matriz. Liberación de órdenes y operaciones comerciales, análisis y aprobación. Garantizar la adecuada provisión de recursos financieros, mediante la formulación y aplicación de planes financieros de corto y mediano plazo buscando optimizar su influencia. Gestionar la administración de exportaciones, y realizar la liquidación de importaciones y exportaciones. Gestionar el seguimiento, coordinación, gestión y asignación de créditos. Cumplir con los requisitos legales y de la empresa en materia de HSE, requisitos del Sistema de Gestión, de acuerdo con su competencia y con la concientización y capacitación recibida; Preservar el medio ambiente y reportar accidentes y situaciones inseguras relacionadas con HSE a la persona directamente responsable y/o HSE.

Buscamos un profesional con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:

Profesional titulado en Ciencias Económicas, Finanzas, Economía o afines. Entre 8 y 10 años de experiencia previa en el área financiera o funciones similares, necesaria para dominar las principales actividades del puesto. Liderazgo, excelentes relaciones interpersonales y de comunicación, visión comercial. Uso de herramientas informáticas. Inglés avanzado. SAP.
