Organon is seeking a Serialization Subject Matter Expert to support serialization across the Americas. This role acts as a primary contact and SME for serialization support and incident escalation, coordinating with manufacturing sites and 3PL providers to ensure EPCIS compliance and data integrity.
The successful candidate will lead and participate in project teams for design, build, and deployment, drive process improvements, and support product launches with serialization expertise.
